Although
Germinate Lawn Care, Inc. was established in 1997, the company is really an extension of owner Dick Ficco's 28 years of
experience in the lawn care industry. Many of Germinate's current customers have been relying on Dick's expertise
and commitment to his customers' needs since the 1980s, when Dick owned and operated Partners Quality Lawn Care.
Dick was president of the Massachusetts Association of Lawncare Professionals (MALCP)
for two terms. He also served as vice president of the Professional Lawn Care Association of America (PLCAA).
